Who put the ‘B’ in ABCrew? You Belmont, that’s who. Arlington-Belmont Crew is excited to be part of Belmont Town Day on Saturday, May 16, and we’d love for the community to stop by and see what Arlington-Belmont Crew is all about.
Whether you’re a longtime supporter, a curious future rower, or someone just passing through Belmont Center for the festivities, our booth will have plenty happening throughout the day … including rowing machines (“ergs”), athlete demonstrations, and opportunities for visitors to jump in and try rowing for themselves. 🚣♀️🚣♂️
What to Expect at the AB Crew Booth
AB athletes and coaches will be running:
- 🚣 Erg demonstrations and challenges
- ⚡ 100-meter sprint contests throughout the day
- 🏆 Small prizes and giveaways
- 👋 Opportunities to meet athletes, coaches, and families
- ❤️ Donation opportunities supporting the program
Visitors of all ages are encouraged to stop by, ask questions, and even take a seat on an erg to see how rowing works firsthand.
The event is also an important fundraiser and recruiting opportunity for the team as AB Crew continues to grow participation and support student-athletes from both Arlington and Belmont.
About Belmont Town Day
Belmont Town Day is one of the community’s longest-running annual events, bringing together local organizations, businesses, non-profits, performers, restaurants, and families throughout Belmont Center.
The event features live music, food, activities for kids, community booths, and local organizations from across town.
